Although many investment funds boast the number of units or dollars under management, RMA boast the quality and depth of our management team. As such, we don’t waste our valuable time acquiring or managing assets without significant upside potential for the firm and our investors. After the initial acquisition, the most important factor that will determine the success of any real estate investment is the quality and experience of the property management team. Property management is a multifaceted profession that includes the management of a property’s finances, creating and managing a property’s marketing campaign, managing or initiating litigation with tenants, managing repairs and maintenance, expediting apartment turnover and managing outside contractors and in-house management staff along with a host of third party vendors such as insurance companies.

Whether property management is conducted in-house or contracted with third party management companies, RMA utilized state of the art software to automate leasing, rent payments and maintenance requests to maximize resident engagement and retention. With over 35 years of active Property Management experience we are well versed in the systems and techniques required to maximize operational efficiencies or monitor third party managers that do so on our behalf.
